solo algunas observaciones, la primera es que había un mal olor que salía del fregadero y el personal de mantenimiento tiene conocimiento, deben arreglar el sistema drenaje de aguas para evitar malos olores en la habitación. La segunda observación es sobre los menú, no pensaron en las personas que no consumen azúcar, los jugos ya estaban listo para servirlos y todos previamente endulzados, hay personas que no consumen grasa en su alimentación por cuestiones de salud y no hay alternativas para éstas personas, todas las comidas del día tienen de una u otra manera en su preparación grasa vegetal o aceites, debería haber alternativas de menú para dieteticos. del resto todo excelente

la comida era repetitiva, en pocas cantidades y si uno pedia mas lo miraban muy mal. habia personas que observaban lo que uno consumia, el pollo y la carne eran picados en raciones pequeñas, los ascensores fatales, yo no podia subir escaleras, no habia habitacion en pb, me ofrecieron otro ascensor que tenia que cruzar todo el complex para llegar. el bar de pb no lo permitian usar, es el mas cercano y comodo. El personal de la recepcion no resuelven los problemas sino hasta que lo ven a uno muy molesto. nosotros fuimos en años anteriores y el trato era muy diferente.
