muy bonito el hotel, impecable en general y los servicios de habitacion excelente, atencion a los huespedes para mi fue excelente, a pesar que el check in es a las 3pm llegamos 2 horas antes y nos asignaron la habitacion al momento que llegamos sin problema alguno,el desayuno excelente, aunque no cuentan con linea de taxis nos facilitaron el traslado con personal de confianza y economico, de verdad lo recomiendo 100%, casi dejamos de hospedarnos en este hotel por comentarios malos pero nos dijimos si no hemos estado alli como sabremos y no nos arrepentimos, en futuros viajes a merida este sera nuestro hotel preferido.
