Buenas noches, considero que es un buen resort para pasar unas tranquilas vacaciones pero existen otros a menor costo donde la animación y estadía supera mis espectativas como cliente.

Condiciones generales físicas del hotel en mal estado, el mobiliario como camas, sófa camas, televisores, aire acondicionado, etc, en malas condiciones.
La variedad de la comida es muy pobre, no calculan bien la cantidad de comida y muchas personas se quedaban sin comer todo lo que ofrecía en el menú, la limpieza de las areas de comida es deficiente, dejan entrar perros y gatos a los restaurantes.
Colapsan los servicios como por ejemplo no hay suficientes toallas en la piscina para los huéspedes, hay que esperar demasiado para tomar un taxi.
En fin personalmente concluyo que es un hotel que tiene una excelente infra estructura pero muy mal mentenida, no está a la altura de tener 5 estrellas.
Somos frecuentes visitantes de la isla y hemos estado en varios hoteles para tener un buen punto de comparación y por tal motivo no lo recomendaremos ni regresaremos hasta que mejoren significativamente las condiciones fisicas del hotel.

Estuve con mi esposa durante tres días en el hotel LTI Costa Caribe ubicado muy cerca de Altagracia junto al Valle de Pedro González. De verdad fue una bella experiencia, las instalaciones son de primera, las áreas verdes, la piscina, los espectáculos, en fin... todo muy bueno.
