Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas esta totalmente deteriorado, no sirve la piscina con olas, no hacen los deportes acuaticos que anuncian en los presupuestos, el bar de la piscina no sirve, la piscina principal del hotel sur no sirve, es decir, de las 8 piscinas solo funcionan 3. En cuanto a la comida en el desayuno servian los embutidos en un estado bastante notorio de descomposicion pues su aspecto era baboso, la variedad del menu no habia ninguna siempre almorzabas y cenabas lo mismo, a menos que corrieras con suerte y te pudieran dar reservacion para el restaurante Italiano o Mexicano, cabe destacar el mexicano es excelente. El ultimo día antes de irnos el jugo de patilla del desayuno estaba acido lo que demostraba que la fruta estaba dañada al momento de hacer el jugo de hecho varios lo notamos y se lo comunicamos al personal el cual se percato y retiro el mismo.El barman que nos atendio al final de la noche se encontraba en un alto grado de ebriedad, lo cual fue de mal gusto sobre todo al momento de solicitar las bebidas. Para los shows nocturnos no tenian funcionando la tarima lo cual nos obligaba a llegar a la discoteca lugar muy pequeño para realizar los shows si no llegabas a tiempo veias los shows afuera y de pie, creo que existen otros lugares donde improvisar una tarima y ver los shows mas comodamente, los bares solo trabajan hasta las 10:00 p.m. si estas en la discoteca debes trasladarte al lobby de la torre norte (unico bar abierto y hasta la 1:30 a.m., tambien esta Iguana Bar el Bar de la playa pero no esta incluido en el paquete todo incluido) para tomar un trago y luego devolverte a la discoteca, Y la recreación??? Brillo por su ausencia. Lamentamos mucho lo que paso con este hotel y la desmejora que tuvo, no se compara a años anteriores cuando asisti con mi familia. De verdad ni que nos regalaran la estadia volveriamos a visitarlo. Un mal recuerdo para nuestra segunda luna de miel. Prefiero recomendar al 100% los hotelesl Dunes, Isla Caribe y Portofino no son hoteles 5 estrellas pero te sientes como si lo estuvieras.

Excelente hotel para relajarse y disfrutar unos dias en la tranquilidad total... FELICITACIONES A TODO EL GRUPO DEL HOTEL DESDE LOS SEÑORES BOTONES HASTA LOS CHEF LA VERDAD LO UNICO QUE ESTA UN POCO DEFICIENTE ES LA ANIMACION DE LAS AREAS DE PISCINAS DEL RESTO. ESTA PERFECTO.
