Para empezar cuando llegué al hotel estuve 25 minutos esperando que la persona que estaba en el lobby terminara de hablar por teléfono para que me atendiera; con respecto a la habitación se encontraba en buen estado lo único era la regadera del baño ( muy incomoda para personas altas, casi que me bañaba arrodillado ); al momento de irme del hotel pedí el servicio de botones para bajar el equipaje, pero nunca llegó, con decirle que tuve que bajar y buscar yo mismo el carrito y bajar mi equipaje, eso es muy desagradable, no por hacerlo sino por el mal servicio del hotel.
