Deben mejorar los horarios están dados para beneficiar al hotel mas no al cliente como es posible que el día de llegada aproximadamente a la 1.30 de la tarde el cliente tenga que pagar el almuerzo porque el chequeo es Apartir de las tres de la tarde.... El servicio de toallas muy malo y el transporte para el traslado para la playa pésimo es mejor irse a pie...

Me parecio que el personal del bar de la playa atienden a la gente como si no hubiese pagado por ese disfrutee, son gente que ofende no con sus palabras pero si con su aptitud. Y falta al hotel un poco mas de programacion para actividades externas, como paseos a la isla, u otras atracciones, lo demas fue muy bien.
