Era la Tercera vez que me quedaba en el hotel por su calidad en las instalaciones y comida, pero esta vez fue un desastre en la comida cambiaron mucho los sitios la variedad de las comidas fue de un malo total no solo nostros nos quejamos si no gente se le escucho malos comentarios acerca de la comida. pero bueno eso solo lo que hace es alejar al turista..

PARA SER UN HOTEL 4 ESTRELLAS, TIENE LA CALIDAD DE 2 ESTRELLAS, TUVIERON MUCHOS PROBLEMAS, A LA HORA DE LLEGAR APARECIA EL NOMBRE DE LA PERSONA QUE REALIZO LA RESERVACION EN LUGAR DE LA PERSONA LIDER, TARDARON 2 DIAS EN ENTREGARLE EL CONTROL DE TV, HABIA UN RATON EN LA HABITACIÓN Y NO PUDIERON CAMBIAR LAS PERSONAS DE HABITACION, LA COMIDA, LES PARECIO PESIMA, ESTABA MAL SAZONADA, EL PERSONAL NO ACUDIA CON RAPIDEZ A LOS RECLAMOS.
