It counts with 107 total equipped suites, bar and restaurant with view to the Caribbean Sea, swimming pool for adults and children, fitness, 6 meeting rooms total equipped with capacity up to 300 people and an open air terrace with capacity up to 350 people. In this hotel you can find internet access, computers, printers, fax service and translator service. Puerto Viejo offers you its marina too, with a modern filling station and capacity for boat between 35 and 120 feet.
La reserva se hizo para un grupo de amigos nuestros. La atención del personal en la recepción del hotel y en las areas de alimentación fue tan mala que el resto de opiniones no resulta significativo. No existe señalización para ayudar a llegar cómodamente.

la piscina no estaba en uso por cuanto estaba en mantenimiento y no fue hasta que me di cuenta que la misma no funcionaba que pudoe hacer el reclamo, ninguno de los empleados que estaban en recepcion me informo nada al respecto y al llamar a la persona contacto de esta empresa no pudo resolver nada y tampoco me informo de la irregularidad con la piscina, se podran imaginar que voy a pasar un fin de semana a la guaira a tomar sol en la piscina y la playa y no pude, me fui a otro lugar de recreacion aunque me quede esa noche por cuanto ya estaba pago y no habia posibilidad de ubicarme en otro hotel.Asimismo el servicio de las bebidas para llevar a la playa son super costosas.

Hay un olor muy putrfacto en el ala oeste del hote, por donde cusrcula una quebrada, en ocaciones casi que el olor circunda por todos los pasillos de las habitaciones, aunque nunca se percibion dentro de la misma habitacion, el loby, restaurante y area de pisina. como hacen? nose.

EL GIMNASIO ES INEXISTENTE HAY UNA SOLA MAQUINA,LA PLAYA ES MINIMA,EL ACCESO A INTERNET NO ES DISPONIBLE SIEMPRE Y LAS COMPUTADORAS (2 EN TOTAL)NO ESTABAN FUNCIONANDO(YO LLEVE MI LAPTOP)EL PERSONAL NO ESTA A LA ALTURA DE SUS RESPONSABILIDADES,EL HOTEL NO ES 4 ESTRELLAS CREO QUE AL MAXIMO ES 2 ESTRELLAS POR LO TANTO NO SE JUSTIFICA EL COSTO.LOS PRECIOS DE LA BEBIDAS E COMIDAS (LO POCO QUE HAY)EN EL AREA DE RECREACION SON EXAGERADAMENTE ALTOS (UN REFRESCO 6600S,UN PERRO CALIENTE 18900BS,UNA RACION DE TEQUEÑOS 21000BS,UNA CERVEZA 9900BS Y SIN SERVICIO OSEA CONSUMIDOS A LA BARA) EL HOTEL NO TIENE UN GERENTE,A LA RECEPCION ESTA UNA SOLA PERSONA NON CAPARCITADA PARA ESE TRABAJO (segun mi opinion)
