La experienca del pasajero fue muy insatisfactoria, no tuvo agua en el hotel y no le explicaron la hora del racionamiento, llego a Margarita sin bañarse el dia de salida, la comida no fue muy satiafactoria, tuvo problemas porque no le querian vender una cerveza, en varias oportunidades de contacto con los empleados del hotel no fueron nada amables No habia ambiente musical en el Hotel, segun sus propias palabras: parece un hotel que esta a punto de quebrar
