En el restaurant son muy lentos para servir el desayuno, ademas la piscina es muy pequeña, le faltan áreas de diversión

Sr. (es). Para empezar cuando llegué al hotel estuve 25 minutos esperando que la persona que estaba en el lobby terminara de hablar por teléfono para que me atendiera; con respecto a la habitación se encontraba en buen estado lo único era la regadera del baño ( muy incomoda para personas altas, casi que me bañaba arrodillado ); al momento de irme del hotel pedí el servicio de botones para bajar el equipaje, pero nunca llegó, con decirle que tuve que bajar y buscar yo mismo el carrito y bajar mi equipaje, eso es muy desagradable, no por hacerlo sino por el mal servicio del hotel. Gracias.
