la atencion es mala. me entregaron las habitaciones una hora desspues. en una de la habitacion no servia el aire acondicionado. nunca dieron el control del televisor aunque se pidio varias veces (807) en la otra habitacion no servia ni el televisor ni control. Se llamo a la recepcion y nunca hicieron nada. las instalaciones son buenas pero el servicio es malo.

buenas tardes,muy buena la recomendacion de andrea con respectp al hotel en cuanto a lugar de ubicacion e instalaciones son exelentes,con respecto a las personas que atienden en el lobby,el gerente exelente su trato,pero hay un joven gordito muy mal educado,ofrecen el servicio de tv por cable y en mi habitacion solo podia ver el canal 8,hice el reclamo y nunca solucionaron,en el area del bar piscina no hay sino de tomar smirnoff,no hay otrasa bebidas,ni que merendar(a exepcion de heisel,la muchacha que lo atiende muy educada y sabe aender al cliente a pesar de no tener mucho que ofrecer),el primer dia pedi una jarra con agua a la habitacion y me mandaron a buscar a una camarera,y todavia estoy esperando la jarra con agua,y con respecto al restaurant los precios son elevados para el tamaño del mismo y no tienen menu a la carta.MIL GRACIAS A UDS COMO AGENCIA Y ESPERO LO HAGAN SABER A LOS GERENTE
